MUSIC SUBMISSIONS
We love receiving new music from artists, but as a general rule if you are submitting music, we prefer to receive CDs. They allow for a greater amount of flexibility since we have to process and encode every track we upload to our broadcast servers. The CD also serves as a backup if something happens to our archive. The mailing address for submissions is listed above.
We do accept high-quality MP3s and audio files for submission as well, but we ask that you follow a few guidelines:

MP3s should be ripped at 320k if possible, lower bitrates will not sound as good after processing and encoding. |

|
|
If you want to send an uncompressed WAV, AIFF, or other large audio file, please use YouSendIt or DropBox to share it to us. |
|
|
|
You can also burn high-quality MP3s to a CD and then mail it to us. |
|
|
|
If you have high-quality files available on your website, you can send us a link to download them. |
|
|
|
Please do not email large audio files to us -- use one of the methods listed above instead! |
We assume that you own the rights or have secured the necessary clearances for any recording that you send to us. As per our agreement with Live365.com, all royalty fees due as a result of our broadcast are paid to either ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or SoundExchange.
